Time In The Form Your Workflow Needs

Choose supported duration formats such as decimal hours, decimal minutes, hours and minutes, or milliseconds. Set precision for the output instead of reworking the values in a spreadsheet.

Need duration as both decimal hours and readable hours/minutes? Add separate output columns with their own rules. Give each consumer the representation it needs without duplicating the manual work.

Dates That Match The Destination

Choose supported date patterns and the timezone your process uses. Prepare date-only values, timestamps, or epoch values where supported, with the output rules saved for the next run.

Column Names That Speak The Same Language

Turn Client Code into customer_id, Task Name into work_item, and tracked duration into hours. Choose the names and order your receiving file expects. Export aliases do not rename the original ClickUp fields.

Combined Values Without Repeated Copy And Paste

Build a description such as AC-104 | Website | Review from separate fields. Choose separators, static text, and blank-value handling, then reuse the expression across records and runs.

Rounding For Billing

Configure rounding increments such as 5, 6, or 15 minutes and choose whether to round up, down, or to the nearest increment. Save those rules with your DataFlow so subsequent runs apply the same settings without repeated spreadsheet formulas. Rounding a number is different from displaying it with a fixed number of decimals — you control both.

Why does rounding each entry differ from rounding the total?

Two 7-minute entries rounded to the nearest 15 minutes separately produce 0 + 0 minutes; the 14-minute combined total rounds to 15 minutes. The stage you round at changes the answer — which is why your DataFlow makes the choice explicit and shows it in the preview. Choose the approach your billing agreement requires; we do not recommend a policy.

Output formatting and rounding never change the original time entries in ClickUp.
